Foods to avoid: 12 to 24 months
Low-fat milk: Most young toddlers need the fat and calories of whole milk for growth and development. Once your child turns 2 (and if he doesn't have any growth problems), you can start giving him lower-fat milk if you like. This morning my moms group had a special try-out session Mommy & Me style yoga with Mika at Tenryu Yoga studio in Palm Desert (across the street from Trader Joe's). It was AWESOME!
Mika is super relaxed (now I know why) and was great with the kids. We used the kids for some poses, most of the time they wandered around the studio and...
